A Fantasy Fall Ball to Support Our Kids

This year’s Winemakers Dinner was a Fantasy Fall Ball to remember! The event was held on
Saturday, September 7, at the Paso Robles Events Center, which was transformed into a
magical fairytale land for all to enjoy.

Our delightful guests were treated to a gorgeous spread curated by Trumpet Vine Catering, with
delicious hors d’oeuvres to get the night started and followed by a delectable plated dinner and
scrumptious dessert. Wine was provided by several local wineries, including J Dusi and
Steinbeck Vineyards. Firestone Walker Brewing Company donated the beer for the evening.

The enchantment was spread throughout the venue, with highlights of a whimsical carriage as a
backdrop to the raffle booth and a sprinkling of pumpkins throughout the space (with hopes no one turned into one by midnight). As guests took their seats for the evening, they were greeted
and hosted by the President and CEO of the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce, Gina
Fitzpatrick. She welcomed everyone in as she also introduced the auctioneer for the night,
Suzannah Underwood, who got the party started on the bidding for desserts galore and live
auction items to dream of.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast’s very own Brady Turri took the stage as the night’s
special guest speaker, inspiring attendees to support the organization through telling them
about the impact the Clubs have had on his development as a young person. Thanks to Brady’s
encouraging words, guests raised their paddles to give nearly $25,000 in fund-a-need
donations. The dinner raised more than $80,000 to go right back into supporting the programs for our youth all across the Central Coast.

We want to thank our
sponsors for the evening for their generous support: Pacific Premier Bank, Pismo Beach
Veterinary Clinic, Oak & Vine Wealth Management, Astound Broadband, Ritter Construction,
SLO Credit Union and Success Charities by ReMAX.
The organization also wants to recognize all of the vendors and volunteers who helped make
the night as fantastic as it could ever be: Trumpet Vine Catering, Kramer Events, Paso Robles
Events Center, Miller Event Management, Suzannah Underwood, Cody Dawson, Gina
Fitzpatrick, the volunteer team from Pacific Premier Bank (Carrie Morrison, Fallon Clowes, April
Conrad and Sarah Driscoll), Peter and Nicole Lucier, Denise McLean, Stephanie Villanueva and
the BGCMCC staff who volunteered that evening
