BGCMCC Voted Best Place to Work

For the 2nd year in a row, Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast was voted “Best Place to Work” by the Pacific Business Times .  The print publication sends out surveys throughout San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties and crunches the numbers to determine workplace satisfaction among those surveyed.  With a score of 65.5, Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast is in the top 20 of Best Places to Work in this area.  

“Our honorees have all, in their own way, overcome the challenges of working from home, safe distancing and adapting to the needs of their employees,” shares Henry Dubroff, Editor of Pacific Business Times who discusses criteria for high scoring in this year’s survey.
