Club staff and their families enjoyed a Staff Appreciation Day at Rancho Bowl over the weekend. Over the course of the afternoon, staff from all over our service region dropped in for some time on the lanes, to eat pizza, and to enjoy each other’s company and meet family members.
Our team is the strength behind our organization and its mission. Each person on our team pours their heart into our work, and you can see it in amazing programs we deliver to our kids. Being able to celebrate and thank our team for what they do is so important to continuing our mission and vision. Taking the team bowling is just one small way we celebrate each other. Fun activities, outside of work, are one of the many ways the organization builds a culture of fun and engagement among all staff.
