As part of our commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), we recently held a workshop where our NSLO County staff reviewed data from our annual National Youth Outcomes Initiative Survey (NYOI). The NYOI Survey is given to all of our Club Members–ages 9+– every Winter where they are surveyed an many aspects of their Club experiences.
After the data is analyzed it is returned to our organization where each team member gets to see how our Club Members rate their experiences. At our recent training for NSLO staff we reviewed organization-wide NYOI data, noting any surprises, areas to celebrate, and areas of improvement. Each Club also had time to sit and work on their club specific improvement plans.
Santa Maria and Guadalupe Clubs will also have this training and opportunity to review data and make plans for improvement.
