SEEAG (Students for Eco-Education in Agriculture) has a mission is to educate students and the greater community about the farm origins of our food and agriculture’s contribution to our nutritional well-being through hands-on classroom and outdoor experiential S.T.E.M. based learning. They invited our Members in 2nd-6th graders to the Allan Hancock College Vineyard to learn more about Agriculture and how it impacts our community. Club Members took part in experiential learning on farms, food science literacy, S.T.E.M. competency, and agriculture’s contribution to student’s’ well-being.
What a great day in nature and in our community!
