Laguna Club Enjoys a Cornucopia of Fall Activities

During the month of November we not only provided our kids with help on their homework, but we also provided them with numerous activities, including making homemade ice-cream, celebrated Dia de Los Muertos, plus we worked on gratitude projects.  These allowed the kids to write about what they are grateful for.

They drew and cut up hand turkeys and leaves to keep with the season while also writing what they are thankful for on them. They also wrote gratitude letters/notes to two of their teachers and we delivered the note to those teachers.

They also wrote Thank you messages to military service professionals. We also worked on Torch Club as well as goal setting so they can begin thinking about their future.

All in all November was a very productive month for our Club here at Laguna and we hope to continue to have more months like this one.
