The Club Members at the Evans Park Clubhouse in Santa Maria have gotten to learn yoga through our Mindful Movement partnership with The Center Yoga Studio. Lucas the yoga instructor is very good at getting our members to participate and have fun trying something they never thought they would! He brings along some goodies for them to have after yoga is finished and they all enjoy together! He also gives them some math equations to think about and try solving before he has to leave.
