Pacific Regional Conference a Highlight for Club Staff and Board

This month, four members of our leadership team, along with our incoming board chair, attended the Pacific Regional Conference held in Phoenix—a dynamic gathering of Boys & Girls Club leaders from across the region. For three days, we had the chance to connect with peers, share best practices, and explore new strategies, all with the shared goal of better serving young people.

The conference featured a range of insightful learning sessions that sparked new ideas and innovations we’re eager to implement in our Club. Our incoming board chair, Debbie Perrault, also participated in a special track designed to engage and educate board members, strengthening connections across organizations and ensuring our leadership remains strong and forward-thinking.

One of the highlights was learning about the new Boys & Girls Club Future Ready Initiative. This exciting initiative focuses on making our Clubs better, bigger, and bolder in their mission to support America’s youth. By enhancing the Club experience, growing our reach to address unmet needs, and expanding our influence, we will continue to provide more opportunities and brighter futures for the young people we serve. We’re excited to bring the knowledge, inspiration, and innovative ideas we gained at the conference back to our community, with a renewed commitment to elevating the lives of our kids and teens.
