Our Shandon Members finally had the opportunity to attend their first field-trip this school year! Our destination was the Shandon Library, where our lovely Librarian, Joey Ley, had Halloween/Fall activities prepared for our youth. These thrilling activities consisted of crafting cute owls and scarecrows, going on a spooky scavenger hunt, building Legos, and playing with a custom-made vintage dollhouse. We really appreciate everything that Mrs. Ley does for our Members, and look forward to our next visit!
Art sessions led by Mrs. Angela have also continued to be a blast and have left our Art Wall looking absolutely amazing! And, our TK Members recently had the opportunity to be involved in a sensory activity that consisted of shaving cream!
