We are proud to recognize Laura Vasquez as our January Staff Person of the Month. This honor is bestowed on one staff person from all of our service area after being nominated by their supervisor and selected by the Executive Team. Laura was nominated for this honor because of her flexibility and willingness to jump in to any situation and be of service to the team. She floats between working at the Railroad, Ron Estabillo and Mary Buren Club sites.
Laura is always willing to help another Club site when they need support by covering groups while there or just asking the directors what they need assistance with. She will take charge of any room she needs to cover. She is very dependable and can adapt to any situation, especially finding out what room she’ll be covering or if she has to go to a completely different club. She deserves recognition for the Team Member of the Month.
