Monica has been with the Club since August of 2017. She is our Club Director at Fairlawn. She started are off as a YDP, then worked her way up to Asst. Club Director and then Club Director. She has done an amazing job during 21-22 School Year working with the Fairlawn members. The Fairlawn community is one of our most in-need communities and she has lead her team into making it a safe space for her site. Her leadership and fostering a sense of belonging for our members are some of the many reasons why he has been chosen as the Team Member of the Month for Santa Maria.
