Erica is our employee of the month for Santa Barbara county. Erica has stepped up so much this school year and has been nothing but AMAZING!! She’s running teen nights with our teens in Guadalupe every Friday because she saw the need for it in the community. All our teens look up to her and she’s a great role model. Congrats Erica!!
