Congratulations to Erica Lopez for being honored as the 2023 Youth Development Professional of the Year for our Santa Maria Valley Clubs. She works at the Estabillo Club in Guadalupe. Erica was lauded for her seven years serving youth at the Boys & Girls Clubs and is recognized for being the “real deal” when it comes to having the best qualities for working with local youth: she is a kind and caring mentor, she builds great relationships with the kids she works with and she is respected by all the youth and her colleagues. Her supervisor credits her with his smooth transition into his leadership role as Club Director and is grateful for her partnership and wisdom. Congratulations Erica!
