A little bit of rain didn’t dampen the spirits or the fun of the Crush it! Golf Tournament held on November 7th at Hunter Ranch Golf Club in Paso Robles. Twenty-five foursomes played the course to raise money for our Club Members and had a lot of fun doing it. Throughout the course, fun additions like a “Buy A Drive” or a chance to win $25,000 by hitting a hole-in-one kept the day interesting and provided challenges to the golfers.
The day started with goodie bags filled with items like a custom hat, an event polo shirt, and tasty treats that welcomed the players. They feasted on breakfast burritos before they jumped in their carts for the 9:30 am Shotgun Start. A hosted margarita station in the restaurant kept golfers happy and they enjoyed a delicious taco bar when they finished the course. Prizes were awarded for 1st Low Gross, 1st/2nd/3rd Low Net. Cash prizes were awarded for Longest Drive and Straightest Drive and the winner of the Lake Tahoe 4-Day Golf Excursion was drawn. Congratulations to Tim Murphy for winning that golfers dream package!
