Community Members Dance and Sing at Rock ‘N Roll Bingo

Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast and Good Samaritan Shelter partnered together for a totally tubular fundraiser event, Rock ‘N Roll Bingo, where donors and supporters could boogie down and rock on all for some great causes.

The event was held at the Railroad Clubhouse in Santa Maria on Friday, June 26, with nearly 100 people dressed up in their neon, bright patterns and athletic gear all ready to listen to the top tunes of the decade in hopes of calling out BINGO! DJ Ben Heighes kept the party going all night with some killer bops as guests filled their cards song by song.

Our Keystone Club held their own bake sale at the event, raising proceeds for opportunities and initiatives for our teens at the Railroad Club.

There was also a dessert auction, which brought even more friendly competition, as guests outbid each other for donated pies, cakes, cookies and other amazing baked goods and treats.

BGCMCC and Good Samaritan Shelter would like to thank the following sponsors for supporting Rock ‘N Roll Bingo: Housing Authority of Santa Barbara County, Wolfpack Security, YMCA of Santa Maria Valley, KIA of Santa Maria, Gina Gluyas Realtor, Kiwanis Club of Santa Maria, Rotary Club of Santa Maria Breakfast and the Jeffrey Moody Family.

All of the proceeds raised will go back into supporting summer programs for BGCMCC and the kids programs for Good Samaritan Shelter.
