Our Shandon Members were ecstatic to visit the public library because the librarian, Ms. Joey Ley, had an awesome craft prepared for us. She set up her crafting tables with glitter stickers, rhinestones, and patterned washy tape and pre-ordered colorful 3oz mini-Stanley cups for our Members to decorate and keep at the club! The kids had so much fun and loved how adorable their cups turned out.
Also, on Friday May 31st, a total of seven birthdays including Members and Staff were celebrated for the month of May. The Happy Birthday song was sung in class and after we enjoyed a delicious strawberry shortcake ice cream cone.
