All of our Members have been eating very well at the Teen Center this summer! Besides breakfast and lunch provided by PRJUSD, every Friday we have cooking class. We have been making lots of yummy treats that go with our weekly themes. From Elotes in a cup for “Around the World” week, to monte cristos sandwiches and Mickey Marshmallows straight off Disneyland’s Main Street USA for our “Disney” themed week. Staff even put together an awesome teen brunch for our members as a special treat and Miss Carina made breakfast burritos for our members one morning as well.
Every Thursday Paradise Ice comes out as another special treat for a cool down throughout our hot summer days! We are so excited for upcoming trips to the pool, presentations, treats, and even an end of the summer Teen Night that will take youth back to the 60’s with our righteous hippy party that is planned for August 4th!
