Early October we received a kind visit from the Farmer’s market, where our Members collected delicious fruits and veggies.
Throughout this month our members have had a spooktacular amount of fun creating amazing art crafts, participating in sessions, and interacting during team building activities. Members created spooky witches, bats, pumpkins, spiderwebs, witches’ brew, ghosts, Frankenstein, haunted houses, etc. Our art wall looks great and full of creativity.
As Fall sessions continue, Youth’s enthusiasm increases. Ms. Shyleen leads soccer sessions, junk journaling, youth for unity, and sculpture making Mondays – Thursdays with 4th grade and up. And Ms. Zar runs youth for unity and triple play on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays with 1st – 3rd graders. Ms. Itzel, on the other hand, is in charge of our TK/K group in which they’ve had lots of fall fun playing with sensory bins, creating seasonal art masterpieces, and fine motor activities.
