Family Fun Day at Avila Beach

BGCMCC and their families were treated to a beautiful day of camaraderie, team building and fun at our annual Family Fun Day at the beach.  Meeting in Avila Beach–a good half way point between staff coming from the Paso Robles or Santa Maria areas–we gathered throughout the day for food, games, and general relaxation.  The coastal cloud cover burned off early treating us to a gorgeous, sunny day.  

Thanks to the BBQ skills of CEO, Micheal Boyer, and some great treats provided by staff, we enjoyed amazing food throughout the day.  Part of our culture as an organization is to celebrate successes and build relationships with each other.  Events like this Family Fun Day is a wonderful way to celebrate our excellent work place!
