The Boys & Girls Club welcomed a special visit from the Central Coast Zoo (formerly the Charles Paddock Zoo) to the Tom Maas Clubhouse. Staff from the zoo brought along a group of incredible ambassador animals—including a tortoise, snake, lizard, and even a giant cockroach—for an exciting and educational live animal presentation.Our members were wide-eyed with curiosity and excitement as they got up close and personal with these fascinating creatures. It was a hands-on learning experience that sparked lots of questions, smiles, and a deeper appreciation for wildlife. Thank you to Central Coast Zoo for helping our members connect with the natural world in such a memorable way!
