Itzel Casillas is a team member at the Shandon Club and exemplifies leadership skills such as taking initiative and constantly asking what she can help with, showing integrity by being fair and honest- aligning her words with her actions, being self-aware and responsible. She is an active listener in which she listens more than speaks andmakes an effort to understand others’ perspectives, and has motivation and knows how to encourage her team to work well together and meet goals. Her optimism, empathy, patience, adaptability, resilience, and commitment to learning help build her into a great team member.
We have all greatly appreciated her help and positive attitude at the Shandon Club! Her flexibility and effort to push forward are admirable.
