2nd Phase of Strategic Plan Held in Santa Maria

As a part of our Strategic Planning Process, we launched a Community Listening Tour across the regions we serve. This initiative is deeply rooted in community voice, data, and partnership and is designed to guide thoughtful, mission-aligned growth.  The 2nd phase of the plan took place recently in Santa Maria, after a successful listening session was held in Paso Robles at our Tom Maas Club in August.  The Santa Maria event was hosted at the Railroad Clubhouse and was a convening of community leaders, stakeholders, and staff where CEO, Maria Fabula, oversaw a robust conversation between cross-sector representatives who shared perspectives on the state of our youth, unmet needs, and partnership opportunities.

Our goal in this strategic plan process is to ensure that every step we take toward growth reflects the true needs, priorities, and aspirations of the youth and families in our region.

By engaging directly with stakeholders, we are gathering critical input to help our Board of Directors determine where and how BGCMCC should grow in the years ahead.

We are committed to:
 ✔ Listening deeply
 ✔ Learning openly
 ✔ Collaborating meaningfully

This process will ensure that our programs, services, and Club locations continue to meet the real needs of our communities—allowing us to show up bigger, bolder, and better for the youth we serve.
