After years of patches and temporary fixes, our flagship Clubhouse in Santa Maria is getting a brand new roof! Throughout the month of January about 10,000 square feet of roof is being replaced with a modern polyurethane system rather than the old hot mop and asphalt sytem. It has been 39 years since this facility has recieved a new roof.
This project will include some updates to our drainage system and a new operational roof access hatch. We will also be updating exterior lighting for added safety.
Thanks to the wise stewardship of funds from our Foundation, we have the reserves available for this important capital project. For more information about this project or how you can contribute to our Foundation, contact Chief Impact Officer, Roberto Rodriguez.
