Most of the staff from Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast all met up for Powered by Purpose: Serving Together, an all-staff event held at Cuesta Canyon Park on June 12.
The meetup brought together dozens of staff members from all 10 Clubs across the Central Coast to celebrate the end of the school year, kick off summer, reflect on the incredible work accomplished this year, exchange ideas, and most importantly, have fun together.
Staff participated in team-building activities, such as trivia, competitive games and arts & crafts, before enjoying lunch with colleagues and friends. The leadership team hosted a town hall, where questions about the organization were answered by Maria Fabula and other executive team members. Lastly, there was time for recognition & awards, as several team members were honored for their work and dedication to the movement.
This event was one of four staff-driven opportunities being held throughout 2026, for all employees to bond and learn about the state of the organization.
