Recognizing Our Staff Years of Service – June 2026

Harley - 5 Years of Service

"My favorite moments at the club are playing soccer outside with the kids. I enjoy being a part of the Boys & Girls Club because I was part of after-school programs as a kid and those are some of my favorite childhood memories. I hope to always have a connection to the Boys & Girls Club in the near and distant future."

Cesar - 5 Years of Service

"My favorite memory from being at the Club was a field trip to Avila Beach last summer. It was really fun getting to spend the day outside with the kids, watching them play in the water and just enjoy themselves. It was one of those days where everyone was smiling and having fun.

I like being part of the Boys & Girls Club because I get to work with kids and help create a fun, positive environment for them. I enjoy building relationships with them and seeing them grow.

In five years, I can see myself still continuing to work with youth, but regardless of where I’m at in those five years, I know that I wanna make a positive impact in our community."

Abraham - 5 Years of Service

"My favorite moments at the club are trying out science activities and hoping they work, then seeing the kids try it out. I like working at the club is because of the kids. Five years from now, I hope to be able to work as a behavioral tech."

Jordann - 5 Years of Service

"I have been with the club for five years. Some of my favorite experiences are working on the Christmas parade and Elks Parade floats, working Back A Youth Night where the kids participated in a dry ice and bubbles experiment, and redesigning the STEM Lab with my bestie, Olivia.
The kids I work with are a huge part of both my life and the work I do at the club. Becoming a Club Director for Evans Park means so much to me because we are there for the kids who need us the most to me--Evans Park are those kids.
In five years, I see myself continuing to grow within the club."

Erica - 10 Years of Service

"I've worked at five different Club sites over my time and one of my greatest experiences working here has been being able to watch many kids grow up around me and be able to be a part of their journey into young adults. In the next five years, I see myself continuing to be a vital part of this organization and building on my years of experience. I believe my passion for empowering young people will allow me to make an even greater impact in a leadership capacity, while helping to shape the next generation of our club's success."
