During the last full week of June and in the midst of summer, some of our Club Members explored their creativity during Art Programming at the Tom Maas Boys & Girls Club.
Using watercolors, the kids experimented with blending colors, creating unique designs, and expressing themselves through painting. They also had the opportunity to decorate their own tiki bags, adding colorful patterns, drawings and personal touches to make each one special.
The Arts is one of our main subject areas that all of our Clubs cover throughout the year. From designing crafts like beaded jewelry to create sculptures with clay to even painting, our kids are able to express themselves through the opportunity to do arts & crafts at the Club.
