Michael Boyer, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast and Trish Hammond, our CFO, were part of a panel at the 2023 Pacific Region Leadership Conference for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Entitled “A Seat at the Table: Diversifying Leadership Within the Movement”, the panel had members discussing how to diversify leadership across the Boys & Girls Clubs Movement. At BGCMCC,we are proud that our core values as an organization prize diversity and that our leadership includes diverse backgrounds that mirror the make up of our Clubs.
