Staff from all 11 club locations participated in our Quarterly All Staff Training. This Winter 2023 training was held at Fort Hope in Arroyo Grande on November 18. Santa Maria Bonita School District trainers participated by imparting their knowledge and information on Classroom Management – With a Focus on Supporting Individuals with Disabilities.
Staff also participated in a team building Challenge where they were paired up with different club staff. Their goal was to build the Tallest Paper Tower, with a few mini games thrown in to help teams gain advantages. Collaboration and encouragement were emphasized to help foster community across all 11 clubs.
