Josue is a great leader and leads by example to ensure the 5 key elements of the Boys & Girls Club philosophy are present at his Club site. His passion to serve the next generation in the Santa Maria Valley is great to see. Even through the COVID-19 pandemic he made sure that our members still felt that sense of belonging.
