Look out 2025 because we’ve got BIG plans! After two dynamic days working with Jennifer Porcher Consulting our leadership team and members of our Foundation Board and Governing Board, came away from with strategic planning goals and philosophies to lead our organization into the future. We spent time learning about our leadership styles, how we can make the most of our unique perspectives, and brainstorming big ideas and bold inititatives. The team focused on what we need to focus on and dreamed about things we could do for the organization if we had nothing holding us back. It was a time of great energy, thoughtfulness and bold, strategic thinking.
