Erica is our new Assistant Club Director at our new Ron Estabillo Club house. Erica has played a huge role at our Mary Buren site. She has taken the lead on training all our new staff at the Mary Buren site, while she herself is learning her new role and responsibilities as an Assistant Club Director.
